My love of Callanetics started over 20 years ago. I had just finished my career as a professional dancer, working in such places as the world famous Moulin Rouge in Paris and 10 years onboard Cruise ships. I wasn't sure what I was going to do next, but after attending my first Callanetics class I knew I had found my call in life. I've been teaching the Callanetics Exercise Method from my studio since 2001. Most recently I had the pleasure and privilege of taking the lead and presenting the brand new Callanetics videos out in LA.
Over the years I have been lucky enough to be part of the filming of many Callanetics videos including Callanetics Countdown and Callanetics Extreme.
